WARNING Route 66 for Kids is copyrighted material. Emily worked very hard to research and write this book for you to enjoy. She put it on my Web site so you could download it for free because she wanted to help you enjoy Route 66 as much as I do. Someone else recently published a Route 66 guidebook for kids. Emily and I think it's cool that other people are writing guidebooks. We know some people won't find my Web site, and we think everybody should have a chance to explore Route 66 and have fun like we did. But this person did not write his book all by himself. He copied about a fourth of the sentences in his book out of Route 66 for Kids, without asking Emily's permission or giving her credit. (Click here to read about it.) Copying other people's work and trying to pass it off as your own is stealing. It is dishonest, and it is illegal. I bite people when they steal my stuff. I don't know what Emily will do if you steal her stuff. She said something about hiring a "pit bull lawyer." I picked a fight with a pit bull one time. Pit bulls have big teeth. If you don't want to tangle with a pit bull lawyer, Emily says you should read these terms of use before you download the book:
